Winding Down
Jul. 17th, 2009 04:19 pmI just handed in my bleep. I've got no more days left as an F1, and just four more nights. In a week I'll be officially done with my first job.
Some ways, I can't believe that it's already over. In other ways, I'm more than ready to move on.

1. I have more dreamwidth invite codes, if anyone wants them.
2. I now possess a piece of paper that says I've completed all the requirements for my pre-registration year. Which means in 6 weeks (give or take) I get to pay the GMC £500 for the privilege of being a fully-registered medical practitioner. I guess on balance this is a good thing...
3. I have been bullied into attending the hospital summer ball next month. Someone please persuade me not to buy a new dress!
4. Sims 3 is just as addictive as the previous two.
5. Writing is hard work.

So. That was a finals OSCE, huh? Interesting. Now begins the process of attempting not to dwell on all the fuck-ups (I swear that patient had a red reflex, and so did everyone else). Just Friday to get through now.
